Refunds policy

You are entitled to a full refund of your security deposit of $100 if all items are returned in original condition

The refund can be:

• Transferred to your bank account through PayID, this is usually instant.

• Transferred to your BSB and Account number via bank transfer, this usually takes 24 hours to arrive in your account.

• Refund to the same card you used to pay the deposit on.

If you have cancelled within agreeable time frames (please see our cancellation policy) then we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment eg.

• If you paid via Bank transfer, we would refund back to your bank account using either PAYID or BSB and Account number

• If you paid via card, we would refund back to the same card that you used to make payment.

• If you paid via Paypal, we would refund back to Paypal.

• If you paid via Afterpay, we would refund back to Afterpay.
